Every compound sold by Neurolevel is research-grade material intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. Because of that product class, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Orders leave our facility under documented QC checks so what you receive matches what you ordered and arrives well packaged. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refunds are not available for any reason — including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal dissatisfaction.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If an order arrives with a missing item, the wrong product, or visible damage, contact us at contact@neurolvl.com as soon as you can. Support reviews each case promptly and is committed to making it right so you receive exactly what you ordered in sound condition.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to contact@neurolvl.com before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders move quickly — if you are uncertain, reach out immediately.
